Email QR Code Generator
Scanning an email QR code opens the phone's mail app with your address — and optionally a subject and message body — already filled in. It removes the friction between 'interested' and 'in touch'.

How to make one
- 1Enter the recipient address.
- 2Add a subject line so replies are easy to triage, e.g. 'Poster enquiry — spring campaign'.
- 3Optionally pre-fill the message body with a prompt.
- 4Style and download the code.
Practical uses
- Support or enquiry codes on packaging and receipts
- Job posters that open an application email
- Property signage for viewing requests
- Event feedback with a pre-set subject
Write a helpful prompt
A pre-filled body such as 'Hi, I saw your poster at ___ and would like to know more about ___' raises reply quality and gives you a rough attribution signal from the subject line alone.
Download options
PNG for digital placements, SVG or PDF whenever the code gets printed.
Nothing is emailed by us
Your QR code is rendered in your browser with JavaScript — the text, URL, password or contact details you type are never sent to our servers. We only record anonymous usage counts (the QR type and how many characters it contained) so we can keep the tool healthy. Content is only stored if you sign in and explicitly save a code to your history. Scanning simply opens the visitor's own mail app.
