Custom QR Code Generator
A QR code is part of your design, not an afterthought. Adjust color, contrast, dot geometry and corner treatment until the code fits the layout it lives in — while staying comfortably scannable.

How to customize a QR code
- 1Enter your content so the preview has something to encode.
- 2Set a foreground color, or enable a gradient and choose two stops plus a direction.
- 3Pick a dot style and separate corner square and corner dot shapes.
- 4Set the background color or switch on transparency, then export.
Where custom styling pays off
- Brand-matched codes on packaging and business cards
- Dark-background posters that need a transparent, light-colored code
- Editorial layouts where a rounded code reads friendlier than a square one
- Merchandise and stickers printed in two brand colors
Keep it scannable
Contrast matters more than color choice: keep the pattern clearly darker than the background (or clearly lighter on a dark background), avoid gradients that fade into the background at either end, and leave the quiet-zone margin intact. Test the exported file with two different phones before printing a run.
Export for design tools
Download SVG to keep every shape editable in Figma, Illustrator or Inkscape, PNG with a transparent background for compositing, or PDF for the printer.
Designed in your browser
Your QR code is rendered in your browser with JavaScript — the text, URL, password or contact details you type are never sent to our servers. We only record anonymous usage counts (the QR type and how many characters it contained) so we can keep the tool healthy. Content is only stored if you sign in and explicitly save a code to your history.
